Cepage- Romorantin Eye- pale yellow gold colour Nose- aroomatic and complex with floral and dry fruits aromas Palate- fresh and powerfull with floral and nuts aromas and a very long aftertast. The more it ages, the more it acquire dry fruits and honey flavours.
Aperitif, St Jacques, fish
Serve at 10° into a decanter (or open it 1 hour before)
