Cepages- Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache
Eye-pale pink with golden highlights
Nose- fine and elegant with floral, white fruit flavours and a fine touch of white pepper.
Mouth- elegant and silky, expressive and fruity with notes of red berries and whites fruits (yellow peach), and the mint and white pepper give a refreshing final.
Agreements Côtes de Provence rosé- Aperitif, summer salads, grilled fish.

In the heart of Provence, the Château Mascaronne covers 100 hectares of rolling hills and vineyards on hillsides, at the exit of the medieval villages of Luke.
The old country house, the cellar and the buildings are crowned with a forest dominated oaks and pines. The amazing circus vineyard on steep slopes and terraces with dry stone walls covers more than 45 hectares with vines of quality and variety. Completely classified Appellations Cotes de Provence, the vineyard is located on the Mascaronne extremely stony clay soil and enjoys a privileged climate and exposure for the production of high quality wines.
With very low yields (35 hl / ha) fully manual harvest in crates, facilities cellar combining technology and traditional methods, and a perfect mastery of skills winemaker production obtained at Level big names the Appellation Côtes de Provence.
